Anma Facial Contouring

The Anma tool is designed to release muscle tension and restricted fascia which increases circulation and minimizes tension lines created by repeated facial expressions. Daily tension creates fine lines and wrinkles on the face, most commonly around the eyes (crows feet) and mouth. To prevent as well as dramatically decrease facial swelling due to water retention and a clogged lymphatic system be sure to use this tool daily. You do not need to do your entire face every day, but be sure to do a little something to keep the circulation flowing. Once desired results are achieved it will take much less time each day. This simple tool is an easy way to achieve dramatic results over time without going under the knife saving you thousands of dollars with no scars and no down time.

Always use the Anma from the center of the face outwards, from above the eyes upward and outward and from below the eyes outward and down...these directional movements ensure proper drainage.

Forehead: Using the "spine" of the Anma, massage the forehead lightly vertically and horizontally all the way to the hairline and repeat for 3 minutes or until the skin becomes warm. Subtle redness is normal and will subside shortly. The redness shows the circulation of blood is working properly.

Eyes: Using the "thumbs" of the Anma press the two points at the center of your two eyebrows and hold for 30 seconds. Then for another 30 seconds each press the thumbs below the eye sockets on either side of the nose and move in small increments until you feel a release of tension on both the upper and lower eye socket.

Jaw/Cheek: Using the "spine" of the Anma, place it on one side of the nose and massage outward to the ear, then down to the jaw. On the chin area use the same motions outward then downward.

Neck: Much tension is held in the neck and causes most people discomfort now and again. Both the "spine" and "fingers/thumbs" can be used to release this built up tension and as you work daily at it you will see the lines begin to unfurl and smooth out.
